Op 12 november 2026 organiseren Bi+ Nederland en Groot Hart Groep opnieuw Veel & Verschillend; symposium voor relatiediversiteit, speciaal voor professionals in de GGZ.
Relatiediversiteit is de realiteit van hoe mensen hun relaties vormgeven. De plek van bijvoorbeeld liefde, seks, exclusiviteit, ouderschap en wonen verschilt per persoon, en staat niet vast. Relatiediversiteit daagt normen en aannames uit over wat we normaal vinden. Tijdens dit symposium krijg je handvatten om mensen in diverse situaties begripvol tegemoet te treden.
Programma
Keynote: Martha Kauppi (WI, USA) – What Makes It Work: Creating Strong CNM Relationships
What makes for strong, flourishing consensual non-monogamy/polyamory? This keynote will explore five domains that contribute to well-functioning CNM relationships. You’ll discover how to assess which growth areas will make the most difference for your unique clients, as you help them build the capacities that will help their open relationships flourish. Expect a brief explanation of the basics of CNM, followed by a lecture (with slides and a handout) to explore 5 domains of well-functioning polyamory, and ending with a question and answer period.
Martha Kauppi is a marriage and family therapist, certified sex therapist, relationship coach, educator, author, and speaker. She has a lifelong career in health and sexuality, identifies as queer and polyamorous, and is in two relationships, each spanning over two decades. Martha trains therapists and coaches all over the world to work with relational intimacy challenges, and consensual non-monogamies. She is the author of Polyamory: A Clinical Toolkit for Therapists (and Their Clients).
